📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process all financial transactions including payments, refunds, and insurance claims.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.,Handle cash and electronic payments securely and efficiently.,Assist with inventory management and ordering.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.,Resolve any financial discrepancies or issues promptly.,Work collaboratively with the clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a cashier or administrative role is preferred.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly and patient demeanor, especially when dealing with patients.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
