📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on telecommunications equipment and network infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and maintain various types of telecommunication equipment, including routers, switches, and fiber optic cables.
• Conduct site surveys to identify optimal locations for new network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and proactively address any issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Provide technical support to customers, resolving their network-related concerns and queries.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to plan and execute network upgrades and expansions.
• Document all activities and maintain accurate records of network performance and maintenance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards when working on live networks and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field operations for telecommunications networks.
• Certifications in telecommunications technologies, such as Cisco CCNA, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of various types of telecommunication equipment, including routers, switches, and fiber optic cables.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with network management software, such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Zabbix.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites across Medan.
