As a Field Service Technician at Avalanche Mechtronics, you'll be the backbone of our field operations, ensuring our clients' machinery runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, perform comprehensive maintenance and repairs, and install new machinery as required. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of industrial machinery, from CNC machines to robotic systems, and to develop your skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery, including CNC machines, robotic systems, and automated assembly lines.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery issues, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.
• Install and commission new machinery, following manufacturer specifications and safety protocols.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and installations, including parts used and time spent.
• Provide technical support to clients, explaining maintenance procedures and offering solutions to machinery issues.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance plans and improvement strategies.
• Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance and installation.
• Certification in industrial machinery maintenance (e.g., CNC, robotic systems, or automated assembly lines) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, or similar).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field operations.
