Cafe Fitri Health Center is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Dili. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee benefits and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Tetum (local language) is a plus.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills.
