📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement long-term mining asset strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Conduct thorough asset analysis using data from SAP and MineSight to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of asset strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in mining operations.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on asset optimization initiatives.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring that asset strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in mining asset management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining asset management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful mining asset strategies.
• Proficiency in using SAP and MineSight for mining asset analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices in sustainable mining.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar is a plus.
