As a Deputy Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing customer relationships, and supporting the overall sales strategy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with the marketing team to promote sales initiatives and products.,Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team.,Assist in the development and execution of sales training programs.,Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the F&B industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
