🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Governance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in governance, compliance, or a related field, with a proven track record in policy development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and guide others.
• Proficient in using governance and compliance software such as SAP GRC, Oracle Policy Automation, or similar tools.
• Certifications in governance, compliance, or related fields are a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
