📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and inventory management.,Ensure high-quality food and service by maintaining standards and addressing customer concerns.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.,Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and present financial reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of managing a restaurant or food service operation.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
