Pratama Construction is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear and concise technical documentation for our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and be able to communicate complex ideas effectively. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other technical products.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Create user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and other technical resources.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational resources.,Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the overall success of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, is a plus.
