Hub Prime Jaya is looking for a skilled IT Support professional to join our team in Palopo. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Provide training and documentation to end-users on IT systems and policies.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless operation of IT infrastructure.,Maintain and update IT inventory and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software such as ServiceNow, Jira, etc.,Good problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of programming languages such as PythonJavaetc.Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWSAzureetc.Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
