📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their fit for the role.
  • Managing and updating the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Providing administrative support to the recruitment team.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborating with department heads to understand their hiring needs.
  • Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Passion for people and a customer-centric approach.
