📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Maintain accurate records of sales and cash transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor cash drawer balances and report any discrepancies.,Train and develop cashier staff to enhance their performance.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.,Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in cashier or retail management roles.,Strong knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and hardware is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Understanding of basic accounting principles is beneficial.
