📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of tellers to ensure efficient and effective customer service.,Handle customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and improve customer service standards and quality.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless banking operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Teller or similar role in the banking industry.,Strong knowledge of banking products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using banking software and systems.,Leadership and team management skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and compliance requirements.
