📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Developing and implementing effective sales promotion strategies to drive product sales.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers.,Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.,Providing regular sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.,Training and mentoring junior sales staff to ensure high performance standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales promotion tools and techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
