📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet customer demands,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen,Manage kitchen staff and ensure they are trained and motivated,Create and implement new menu items and recipes,Monitor food costs and inventory to ensure efficiency,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming kitchen environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with local and international cuisine,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Valid food handler's certificate and other relevant certifications
