📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical content,Create and maintain user manuals, quick start guides, and other technical documents,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Work with graphic designers and other stakeholders to ensure visual and technical elements are aligned,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and communication skills in English,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Experience with software development processes and methodologies,Knowledge of markup languages such as HTML, XML, or Markdown,Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices
