📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Develop user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.,Assist in the development of training materials and tutorials.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide feedback and suggestions to improve existing documentation.,Contribute to the creation of marketing and sales collateral.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Proficiency in English is a must, proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
