📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization and its employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply the skills and knowledge gained from training.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's overall training and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and evaluation techniques.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Previous experience working in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus.
