📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage IT governance projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT staff, business units, and external stakeholders, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement robust IT governance frameworks, including policies, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in IT governance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in IT governance, and recommend improvements to our processes.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on IT governance best practices and tools.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our IT governance capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT governance, project management, or a related field.
• Certification in IT governance, such as COBIT, ISO 27001, or PMI-PMP.
• Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Proficient in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
