📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data related to invoicing, data entry, and laboratory operations using our LIMS system.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making.
• Collaborate with laboratory technicians and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and implement data quality improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability of our data.
• Generate reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in data management and analysis.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of data entry and invoicing processes to improve efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, data entry, or a related role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with invoicing and financial data management is a plus.
