As a Customs Release Data Analyst at JORI International, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex customs data to facilitate the smooth release of goods. You will work closely with our team of logistics and compliance specialists to ensure compliance with international trade regulations, optimize customs processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and interpret customs data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive customs clearance reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Collaborate with the CA Customs Team to ensure accurate and timely customs clearance for international shipments.
• Monitor and evaluate customs processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and industry best practices.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize customs clearance processes.
• Assist in the training and development of junior team members.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall growth and success of JORI International.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customs clearance, data analysis, or a related field.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Valid CA Customs clearance certification or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
