📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Manage a team of 15-20 employees, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
Implement and maintain WMS (Warehouse Management System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software to optimize inventory control and logistics processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain operations and improve overall efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations and teams.
Strong knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
Certification in Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSCM) or similar is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and best practices in logistics and warehouse management.
